The consumer does not have the right to return the device in the following cases: 1- When replacing the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 3- In case of any damage caused by the shipping companies transporting the device. Replacement policy for custom orders: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him from the store within seven days of receiving the product if the product differs from what was requested, and he does not have the right to replace after seven days. 2- Conditions for replacing the product: the product must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set. 2- In case of any damage caused by the shipping companies.
